Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payment must be received within 30 days of registering to attend UK NanoForum 2008. The payment deadline for all bookings made within 30 days of the event is Friday 17 October 2008.
Bookings taken less than two weeks prior to the conference will only have the option to pay by credit/debit card, we will not be able to raise invoices following this deadline.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. In all cases, when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.
UK delegates paying by credit card will be charged a £2 surcharge and UK exhibitors will be charged a £10 surcharge.
Strict no refund policy – Once you have registered to attend the full fee is payable and no refund can be given.
