Intrinsiq Materials is an IP generating applications Company with a nanomaterial manufacturing platform technology focussing on the Clean Tech, Healthcare and Energy sectors. Currently we are working with a broad set of international customers and partners on antiviral nanoparticle (AVNP) and photovoltaic (PV) solar cell applications.
With the ability to develop and produce a wide variety of nanomaterials in both sample quantities and significant kg volumes coupled with numerous industrial and academic partners, Intrinsiq Materials offers an unrivalled capability to help their customers develop new products. Using proprietary Tesima® DC plasma production technology, Intrinsiq Materials can manufacture a wide range of metal, oxide, carbide, nitride and more complex nanopowders in the 20nm to 100nm particle size range. By co-feeding two or more materials and controlling the gas mix within the system, complex and structured Tesimorph® nanomaterials can be produced. These include nanopowders consisting of doped, alloyed, mixed oxide, non-stoichiometric and structured particles.
Products are normally supplied dry but can be incorporated into other media, such as liquids or polymers. The production process is continuous and potentially scaleable to provide tonne quantities if required.
