Promethean Particles works closely with customers to design, manufacture and formulate nanomaterials to meet their individual requirements, at both small and large scale.

Our unique SWiNG reactor is a versatile system that uses continuous hydrothermal synthesis to produce a broad range of high quality inorganic nanomaterials as stable dispersions and formulations. These materials are manufactured with fine control over the particle properties; we have already demonstrated control of composition, particle size, size distribution and morphology.

At Promethean Particles we aim to provide a total solution for our customers; we will work with you to design and rapidly prototype a material to suit your needs, including on-line formulation. Once a suitable material has been developed we have a pilot scale facility capable of manufacturing larger quantities, which can be scaled out to meet further demand as required.

Our manufacturing technology offers a cost effective solution for the synthesis of high quality, stable dispersions of nanomaterials. The method is simple yet rapid and reliable with the added advantage that at no point are dry nanopowders produced or handled avoiding many health and safety concerns. This also means that we avoid the problems of agglomeration associated with many of our rivals manufacturing technologies and are able to provide a formulated end product to our customer’s specification.
